Estroven^® Maximum Strength + Energy

Recommended Dose & Duration of Use: Women (menopausal/post-menopausal): Take 1 caplet  daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health care products. Take with  food. Slight variations in caplet colour may occur due to naturally sourced colorants. For reduction of menopausal symptoms: Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.



Recommended use: Soy isoavones may reduce severe and frequent menopausal symptoms (such as hot ashes and/or night sweats). Black Cohosh helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension (calmative). Caffeine helps temporarily relieve fatigue and promote alertness. May help to reduce irritability associated with menopause. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

Contra-indications: Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer. If you have a liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner.

Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensivity/allergy is known to occur to caffeine, in which case, discontinue use.

Cautions and Warnings: Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, if you have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine broids, if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including thyroid hormone replacement therapy. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), or if you are taking lithium. Consumption with natural health products or other drugs which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally)
